This privacy notice outlines our approach to the processing of personal data relating to you that we collect from you or are communicated to us lawfully by third parties, as well as the purposes of this processing. It also outlines your rights with regard to our processing of your personal data.
We may be required to collect personal data from you as part of our business operations, including when you use our applications and Internet sites, when you take part in competitions or tournaments, or when you contact us or request information from us.

Please note that this list is non-exhaustive and there may be other cases in which we share your data with third parties, when in the legitimate interest of Asmodee, as permitted by the applicable law, or even when necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject.
In this context, your personal data may be transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), to countries that do not offer an equivalent level of protection of your personal data to that which you benefit from in the EEA, such as China, the USA, Canada, etc. In the absence of an Adequacy Decision by the European Commission, the transfer of your personal data will be governed by standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or any other legal protection mechanism in accordance with the applicable law.
We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they have been collected. As a general rule, we keep your personal data for the length of time strictly necessary for the management of our business relationship with you. However, we do keep your personal data for commercial marketing purposes for an additional period of three years from the end of the business relationship.
Additionally, we may keep some of your personal data for a longer period of time, particularly when we are obliged to do so by law or even when these data are required to establish proof of a right or contract. In this case, your personal data will be archived and kept for the length of time required by the applicable regulations, or for the period stipulated by the applicable legal provision.
When your personal data are no longer needed, we will ensure that they are deleted or anonymised.
We are committed to ensuring the security of your personal data and we have put the appropriate information systems security policies and technical measures in place to protect them against access, modification, use and unauthorised disclosure, or the unlawful destruction or accidental loss of these data.
